Put it in a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of bleaching powder and oxydant, with a ratio of 1: 2, and mix well.
Apply with a brush layer by layer on dry hair. Make sure smeared on the part you want to be highlighted evenly and only on the hair shaft. Avoid on the scalp.
Cover hair with a shower cap.
Let stand 10 minutes. Because the level of each individual hair pigment is different, do checks several times to achieve the desired level of discoloration.
After reaching the desired light color, wash hair using shampoo without conditioner, and dry.
Continue with the hair coloring process by color of your choice.

Cat hair.
